How can I contact you for product support?
If you have questions or need assistance regarding products you've purchased, please contact our Customer Service by writing to ordini@bonannodresshome.com. If you prefer to be contacted by phone, please specify this in your email and provide your contact details: we will call you back as soon as possible.

How can I make a return or exchange and what are the timeframes?
If you are not satisfied with your order, you may decide to return one or more items. If you have changed your mind about an item or wish to exchange it for a different one (if available in stock), the return will be at your expense, and you will need to place a new order.

Pursuant to Article 59 of Legislative Decree 06/09/2005 no. 206 (Consumer Code), the right of withdrawal does not apply to custom-made, personalized goods, or goods which, due to their structure, cannot be returned, are likely to deteriorate rapidly, or may be damaged. In the event that the product for sale falls into one of the cases described in Article 59 above, the Website will indicate this with the phrase "Right of withdrawal not applicable" on the product sheet. Customers are advised to always check for this wording.

Items you intend to return must be in original condition, properly packaged and boxed. For shipping, use the same protective cardboard box in which you received your order. If this is not possible, use an equally secure protective box. In the case of a non-conforming or defective product, you may replace it with the same item, if available in stock, or request a refund. Contact our Customer Service by writing to ordini@bonannodresshome.com within 14 days from the order delivery date. We will arrange for collection with one of our couriers and provide you with all instructions. In the case of a voluntary return, shipping costs for the return are borne by the Customer. In the case of a return due to defect or non-conformity, the costs remain borne by the Seller. Remember to include a copy of the transport document in the package, which will be sent to you by email from our Customer Service and in which you must highlight the returned products and the reason for the return.

How is the refund processed?
The return of one or more products entails a total refund of the cost of the item(s), excluding shipping costs. Only in the case of a defective or non-conforming product will Bonanno Dress Home cover all shipping costs. The refund will be made through a credit reversal based on the payment method you used at the time of purchase. We will process the refund once the package's arrival at our warehouse is confirmed.
