How can I contact you for product support?
If you have any questions or need assistance regarding the products you purchased, please contact our Customer Service by writing to ordini@bonannodresshome.com. If you prefer to be contacted by phone, please specify this in the email, including your contact details: we will call you back as soon as possible.
How can I make a return or exchange and within what timeframe?
If you are not satisfied with your order, you can choose to return one or more items. If you have changed your mind about an item or intend to exchange it for a different one (if available in stock), the return will be at your expense, and you will need to place a new order.
Pursuant to Article 59 of Legislative Decree 06/09/2005 n. 206 (Consumer Code), the right of withdrawal does not apply to goods produced to order, personalized, or which, due to their structure, cannot be returned, risk rapid deterioration, or may be damaged. In cases where the product for sale falls into one of the cases described in Article 59 above, the Website will display this indication with the phrase "Right of withdrawal not applicable" on the product page. Customers are always advised to check for the presence of this wording.
Items you intend to return must be in original condition, properly packaged, and wrapped. For shipping, use the same protective cardboard box in which you received your order. If this is not possible, use an equally secure protective box. In the event of a non-conforming or defective product, you can exchange it for the same item, if available in stock, or request a refund. Contact our Customer Service by writing to ordini@bonannodresshome.com within 14 days from the delivery date of the order. We will arrange collection with our courier and provide you with all instructions. In the case of a voluntary return, shipping costs for the return are borne by the Customer. In the case of a return due to defect or non-conformity, the costs remain with the Seller. Remember to include a copy of the delivery note in the package, which will be sent to you via email by our Customer Service and where you must highlight the returned products and the reason for the return.
How does the refund process work?
The return of one or more products entails a full refund of the cost of the item(s), excluding shipping costs. Only in the case of a defective or non-conforming product will Bonanno Dress Home cover all shipping costs. The refund will be made via re-credit based on the payment method you used at the time of purchase. We will process the refund once the package's arrival at our warehouse is confirmed.
