Shipping

We ship worldwide. Goods not available for immediate delivery are generally shipped within 4/5 weeks of the order, unless they are custom-made products or products with special finishes, in which case we will inform you of the delivery date at the time of order.

Carriers vary depending on the type of goods. Shipments are trackable.

Upon shipment, a tracking code is sent, through which you can follow the progress of the shipment 24/7.

FLOOR DELIVERY
Floor delivery is available at an extra charge.

ORDER INSURANCE
Upon request, it is possible to insure the purchased goods; this will incur a variable additional cost.

DETAILS ON NON-EU SHIPMENTS
Each order is accompanied by an invoice indicating the price paid. This is valid for all non-EU countries and, by law, it is not possible to declare a price different from the one paid or that it is a gift;

Customs costs (taxes, duties): shipments can be with duties paid by the sender (DDP) or the recipient (DDU) depending on the country of destination. In the case of DDU shipments: for non-EU countries, VAT is not paid on the price of the goods, but it is necessary to pay the relevant local import taxes and/or customs clearance fees
